REGISTRATOR Ltd. was founded in 1995 in Dubrovnik and has grown together with its clients ever since. As entrepreneurs’ needs expanded, REGISTRATOR PLUS Ltd. was founded in 2019, specialised in accounting and bookkeeping.

Both companies operate from the same address in the heart of Dubrovnik, at Andrije Hebranga 31, and share the same philosophy: expertise, confidentiality and availability. Over nearly three decades we have built a reputation we are proud of, and long-term relationships with clients who rely on us year after year.

The companies are led by Jadre Batinić Avdić and Srđan Batinić, together with a team of experienced professionals devoted to every client.
